摘要:
目的 优选葛明胶囊的防潮辅料。方法 以称重法测定含辅料葛明胶囊浸膏粉(HFLJGF)在25 ℃ 不同相对湿度(RH)下120 h内每隔24 h的含水率。应用orignPro8软件,以残差平方和(RSS)、相关系数(R2)、赤池信息准则(AIC)为指标,优选HFLJGF吸湿等温和吸湿动力学曲线模型; 以吸湿等温曲线下面积(AUHIC)优选葛明胶囊的防潮辅料。结果 18种HFLJGF在不同RH下放120 h的含水率为0.17%~47.52%。HFLJGF的最优吸湿动力学曲线为SWeibull2和双指数模型,吸湿等温曲线均为Peleg模型。18个HFLJGF中,AUHIC最小的防潮辅料为山嵛酸甘油酯。结论 葛明胶囊的最优防潮辅料为山嵛酸甘油酯,AUHIC可数字化表征和定量评价药物吸湿性强弱,为中药制剂防潮辅料优选提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective To optimize the moisture-proof excipients of Geming Capsules.Methods The moisture content of Geming Capsules extract powder with excipient(HFLJGF)was determined by weighing method at intervals of 24 h within 120 h at different relative humidity(RH)under 25 ℃.OrignPro8 software was used to optimize the models of the hygroscopic isothermal curve and the hygroscopic dynamics curve of Geming Capsules extract powder with expipients(HFLJGF), taking the sum of residual squares(RSS), the correlation coefficient(R2)and the akaike information criterion(AIC)as indicators.The area under the hygroscopic isothermal curve(AUHIC)was used to select the moisture-proof auxiliary material for Geming capsules.Results The moisture content of 18 kinds of HFLJGF under the different RH for 120 h ranged from 0.17% to 47.52%.The optimal mathematical model of hygroscopic dynamics curve of HFLJGF was SWeibull2 or double exponential model, and the hygroscopic isothermal curve was Peleg model.In the 18 HFLJGF,the smallest moisture-proof excipient of AUHIC was glyceryl behenate.Conclusion Glyceryl behenate is the best moisture proof excipient for Geming Capsules, and AUHIC can digitally characterize and evaluate the hygroscopicity of drugs, providing reference for the selection of moisture-proof excicients for traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
