摘要:
目的 基于症状管理理论,构建适合放疗期间鼻咽癌患者的音乐体适能活动方案,以期改善其机体功能状态及生存质量。方法 基于文献研究形成方案初稿。通过两轮德尔菲专家函询,对方案进行修订。结果 两轮专家函询中,专家意见提出率分别为80%和60%,专家权威系数为0.955,最终形成包括运动实施内容在内9个要素的活动方案。结论 本研究专家的积极性、权威性高且意见较一致,形成的鼻咽癌患者放疗期间音乐体适能活动方案具备一定的科学性和可靠性,可以为放疗期间鼻咽癌患者开展活动提供借鉴。
