目的 探讨反式脂肪酸摄入与非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)患病风险的关系。方法 于2015年4月至2017年8月在南平市第一医院体检中心收集数据,NAFLD以腹部彩超确诊。其中病例组541名,对照组541名。采用结构式调查问卷及半定量食物频数问卷进行调查。使用多因素非条件logistic回归方法探索反式脂肪酸摄入与NAFLD患病风险的关系。结果 病例组反式脂肪酸摄入高于对照组。多因素logistic分析结果显示,摄入反式脂肪酸可增加患NAFLD的风险,其调整的OR(95%CI)为2.88(1.87,4.43)。敏感分析结果及亚组分析结果均未改变。结论 摄入较多反式脂肪酸可能增加NAFLD的患病风险。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the association between trans fatty acids intake and risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods We conducted a retrospective case-control study including 541 patients diagnosed with NAFLD and 541 controls matched by sex and age from the Affiliated Nanping First Hospital of Fujian Medical University in Nangping city. Information on dietary intake was collected by using a semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire and trans fatty acids was calculated. Binary logistic regression models were used to estimate OR and the 95%CI for the association between and NAFLD risk. Results The NAFLD group consumed a significantly higher amount of trans fatty acids. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis indicated that intake of trans fatty acids was the risk factors for NAFLD. The adjusted OR and 95% confidence intervarl(95%CI)was 2.88(95%CI: 1.87,4.43). The sensitivity analyses and stratified analysis results showed that trans fatty acids intake is significantly associated with risk of developing NAFLD. Conclusion Trans fatty acids intake is significantly associated with higher risk of NAFLD, largely independent of other risk factors.
