摘要:
目的探讨右美托咪定对利多卡因局部静脉麻醉(IVRA)的影响及其机制。方法建立大鼠尾静脉IVRA模型给药后,分别通过甩尾和夹尾试验评估大鼠尾静脉IVRA镇痛和麻醉效果。结果右美托咪定可以延长利多卡因IVRA镇痛和麻醉持续时间。哌唑嗪、育亨宾以及ZD7288不影响右美托咪定延长利多卡因IVRA持续时间的作用。毛喉素可以逆转右美托咪定延长利多卡因IVRA持续时间的作用。结论右美托咪定通过抑制超极化激活环核苷酸门控通道,延长利多卡因IVRA持续时间。
