摘要:
目的 探讨单侧输尿管上段结石微创手术治疗的术式选择与临床效果。方法 回顾性分析本院从2019年1月至2021年12月行微创手术治疗的单侧输尿管上段结石患者121例，其中经尿道输尿管硬件镜手术（URL）42例，经皮肾镜碎石取石术（PCNL）43例，后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术（RLUL）36例。比较分析3种手术方式的结石分布特征；评估3种手术方式的治疗效果。结果 3种手术结石清除率都超过90%，URL组多次手术率11.9%，RLUL及 PCNL组结石清除率高，无多次手术。结论 3种术式治疗单侧输尿管上段结石是安全、有效、微创的，可以根据结石在术前影像学CT的分布特征进行最优化术式选择。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the choice of minimally invasive surgical methods and the clinical effect for unilateral upper ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 121 patients with unilateral upper ureteral calculi who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. URL was performed in 42 cases, PCNL in 43 cases. RLUL in 36 cases. The distribution characteristics of calculi in three different methods were compared and analyzed. Therapeutic effects of the three surgical methods were compared and evaluated. Results The stone-free rate was over 90%. The rate of multiple operations in the URL group was 11.9%. The stone-free rate in the RLUL and PCNL groups was high, and there was no multiple operations. Conclusion URL, PCNL and RLUL are safe, effective, and minimally invasive.They can be optimized according to the distribution characteristics of preoperative imaging and CT.
