摘要:
目的 研究PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路及细胞周期蛋白在头颈部人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)相关鳞癌中表达。方法 选择头颈部鳞癌组织40例,其中HPV相关鳞癌20例,非HPV相关鳞癌20例,同时以20例正常鳞状上皮为对照组,免疫组化检测癌组织与正常组织PI3K、AKT、mTOR、细胞周期蛋白cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E表达。结果 20例HPV相关鳞癌组织中PI3K、AKT、mTOR、cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E蛋白表达明显高于正常鳞状上皮组织(P<0.01);与非HPV相关鳞癌相比,HPV相关鳞癌组织中蛋白表达增加(P<0.01)。结论 头颈部HPV相关鳞癌中PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路激活,细胞周期蛋白cyclin D1、cyclin B1、cyclin E蛋白表达增加,表明PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路通过细胞周期蛋白参与鳞癌的发病过程,可能为治疗的靶点之一。
