摘要:
目的 总结射频消融止血在肝胆疾病超声介入穿刺后出血的救治体会。方法 分析我 科2015年1月至2018年12月收治的8例行超声介入穿刺后出血患者的临床资料,对射频消融治疗后 的疗效进行总结。结果 8例患者行超声介入穿刺后出现出血,经射频消融治疗后,8例均有效地控 制出血,其中1例1个月后出血消融部位出现脓肿,予以穿刺引流后治愈。结论 射频消融能控制超 声介入穿刺出血,且安全、可靠,为临床提供了新的抢救、治疗思路。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the treatment experience of radiofrequency ablation hemostasis in patients with hepatobiliary diseases after ultrasound interventional puncture.Methods The clinical data of eight cases of bleeding after ultrasound interventional puncture admitted to our department from January 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed, and the efficacy after radiofrequency ablation was summarized.Results In total, eight patients had bleeding after ultrasound interventional puncture, and all eight patients had effective control of bleeding after radiofrequency ablation.One patient had abscess at the ablation site of bleeding one month later, which was cured after puncture and drainage.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation can control the bleeding caused by ultrasound interventional puncture, and it is safe and reliable.
