摘要:
目的 探讨特利加压素治疗肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血期间,患者血钠下降的影响因素。方法 收集我科收治的93例肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张出血患者的临床资料,回顾性分析特利加压素使用过程中血钠下降的临床特征。结果 特利加压素组与生长抑素组在治疗期间最低血钠值差异有统计学意义,特利加压素组低钠血症发生率明显高于生长抑素组; 在使用特利加压素期间,血钠值较基线值显著下降,差异有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析提示较高的基线血钠水平(OR=1.270,P=0.024)和较低的基线血肌酐水平(OR=0.909,P=0.038)是特利加压素使用期间血钠显著下降的独立危险因素。结论 拥有较高基线血钠水平和较低基线血肌酐水平的肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张患者在使用特利加压素治疗过程中容易发生血钠下降,需加强监测。
