摘要:
目的 探讨溶质载体家族12A5基因（SLC12A5）在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。 方法 采用癌基因图谱（TCGA）数据分析SLC12A5 mRNA在肾透明细胞癌和正常组织中的表达差异。应用 Kaplan-Meier法和Cox回归分析法分析SLC12A5 mRNA表达水平与肾透明细胞癌患者预后的相关性。 结果 肾透明细胞癌组织中SLC12A5 mRNA的表达水平显著高于正常组织，且与肾透明细胞癌患者总生存时间呈负相关。 结论 SLC12A5 mRNA在肾透明细胞癌组织高表达，且与患者预后显著相关。该指标可作为预测肾透明细胞癌患者预后的独立危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigated the mRNA expression of SLC12A5 and its clinical significance in clear cell renal cell(CCRC) carcinoma patients． Methods The expression of SLC12A5 between clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues based on the data from TCGA dataset were compared．Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox analysis were performed to determine the prognosis value in clear cell renal cell carcinoma． Results The expression of SLC12A5 was higher in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues than that in normal tissues，and was negatively associated with the OS of patients with CCRC. Conclusion SLC12A5 mRNA expression is higher in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues than that in normal tissues，and is significantly related with the prognosis of patients，and is an independent risk factor for clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
