摘要:
目的 探讨小剂量激素联合米诺环素治疗重度痤疮的临床价值。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月就诊我科门诊的重度痤疮患者148例,分为治疗组(盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合小剂量激素)和对照组(盐酸米诺环素胶囊),观察两组患者治疗后2周及12周的疗效、痤疮综合分级系统(global acne grading system,GAGS)评分和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗2周后,治疗组GAGS综合分值改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05); 其治疗有效率为60.00%,显著高于对照组的38.10%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.94,P<0.01)。治疗后12周,治疗组GAGS综合分值改善程度仍优于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗有效率为88.24%,亦显著高于对照组的63.49%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.78,P<0.01)。结论 小剂量激素联合米诺环素治疗重度痤疮效果较佳,能够在短时间内控制病情,显著降低GAGS评分,并能提高治疗有效率,且无严重不良反应发生。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of low-dose hormone combined with minocycline in the treatment of severe acne.Methods A total of 148 patients with severe acne who visited our outpatient department from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into treatment group(treated with minoxicycline hydrochloride capsule combined with low-dose hormone)and control group(treated with minoxicycline hydrochloride capsule).The efficacy of 2 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, the global acne grading system(GAGS)score and poor response were observed.Results After two weeks of treatment, the improvement of GAGS score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was 60.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(38.10%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.94,P<0.01).At 12 weeks, the improvement of GAGS score in the treatment group was still significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effective rate in the treatment group was 88.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.49%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=12.78,P<0.01).Conclusion Low-dose hormone combined with minocycline has better in the treatment of severe acne.It can control the condition in a short time, significantly reduce the GAGS score, and improve the treatment efficiency without serious adverse reactions.
