摘要:
目的 探讨甲磺酸阿帕替尼对晚期肺癌患者的有效性和安全性。方法 回顾性收集2015年10月15日至2018年7月6日采用甲磺酸阿帕替尼单药或者联合化疗治疗的、经病理学或组织学确诊的108例晚期(ⅢB～Ⅳ期)肺癌患者,观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果 部分缓解的患者22例(20.37%),疾病稳定64例(59.25%),疾病进展22例(20.37%),客观缓解率为20.37%,疾病控制率为79.63%,中位无进展生存期为3.4个月(95%可信区间为2.86～4.16)。常见的不良反应主要为高血压、手足综合征、蛋白尿、口腔溃疡。结论 甲磺酸阿帕替尼对晚期肺癌患者疗效显著,不良反应轻,可耐受。
