摘要:
目的 研究神经根型颈椎病后炎性因子与神经根性疼痛的相关性,将神经根型颈椎病后出现的神经根性疼痛程度量化和数据化,指导临床用药剂量和治疗,更好地评判疗效。方法 收集2016年10月至2017年10月在我院住院治疗的符合纳入标准的神经根型颈椎病患者20例作为观察组,健康体检者20例作为对照组; 采用酶联免疫吸附法检测静脉血中炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表达水平,采用VAS评分评价各组神经根性疼痛程度,采用相关性分析研究IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表达水平和VAS评分之间的相关性。结果 与对照组比较,观察组的IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表达水平均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); VAS评分显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神经根型颈椎病发生后炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表达水平与神经根性疼痛呈正相关。结论 神经根型颈椎病患者静脉血中炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-18和TNF-α表达水平较正常人高,与神经根性疼痛之间存在正相关关系,可作为指标反映神经根性疼痛程度,将神经根性疼痛量化和数据化,有利于指导临床用药剂量和治疗,更好地评判疗效。
Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between inflammatory factors and nerve root pain of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to make the degree of the pain quantitative, guide the dosage of clinical medication and treatment, and to judge the curative effect better.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,20 hospital patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were chosen as the observation group and 20 normal persons as control group. ELISA was used to detect the expression level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α. Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the degree of nerve root pain. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α and nerve root pain. Results Compared with the control group, the expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group with statistical significance(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was higher with statistical significance(P<0.01). The expression level of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α was positively correlated with nerve root pain after cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Conclusion The expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α in the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are higher than those in normal person. The expression levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α are positively correlated with nerve root pain after cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which are the indexes to reflect degree of nerve root pain and make the pain quantitative to guide the dosage of clinical medication and treatment, and to judge the curative effect better.
