目的探索PBL(problem-basedlearning)教学法在口腔修复学教学中的效果.方法将2014级口腔医学1班学生作为观察组(93人),使用PBL和传统教学法相结合的教学方式;2014级口腔医学2班学生作为对照组(90人),完全使用传统教学法教学.结合183名学生的《口腔修复学》成绩比较及问卷调查学生的学习效果来评价PBL教学法的效果.结果两组学生的《口腔修复学》理论成绩比较的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实践技能成绩比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查揭示,PBL教学法能有效提高学生的学习兴趣、文献收集及交际等能力.结论PBL教学法可调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生的实践操作能力,达到口腔修复学教学改革的要求.

Objective To explore the effects of problem-based learning(PBL)in prosthodontics teaching.Methods The students came from class 1 grade 2014 were selected into observational group and the students came from class 2 grade 2014 were selected into the control group.The PBL method and the traditional method were used in experimental group,and traditional teaching was the only way used in the control group.The effects of PBL method were estimated by comparing the examination results of prosthodontics and the questionnaire.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score of theoretical lesson of prosthodontics between experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in operational score of prosthodontics between experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire showed that PBL can effectively improve the students'' interest in learning,literature collection,and communication ability,etc.Conclusion PBL method can stimulate students'' study enthusiasm,improve the students'' operational ability,which achieve the requirement of prosthodontics teaching reform.
